Our responsibility to you is to send your test and process your sample return your results to you. 

While Check2Go can offer guidance on the test you require for travelling, it is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct tests you need and that you are within the time window required for testing for your destination.

We aim to help, but ultimately it is important that you refer to government advice for the country you are travelling. You will be liable for any expenses you should incur if you do not have the correct tests or you took your test outside of the window required or your results are not back in time and your travel is disrupted.
